In response to your Public Records Act request:

  1. No records could be located that are responsive to this request

  2. No records could be located that are responsive to this request. NCRIC does not provide any systems that store, retain, transmit, or make searchable any ALPR data from Benicia Police Department.

  3. NCRIC has query-based access, using standard Flock web interfaces, to ALPR data from agencies that have elected to share with NCRIC.

  4. See attached Policy Manual Chapter 16

  5. No external agencies have any access to data from the Benicia Police Department either directly or through NCRIC

  6. See attached NCRIC ALPR Policy

  7. No records exist, could be located, or could be created, that are responsive to this request. No such report can be created which identifies if a Flock ALPR query returned matching search results from a specific Flock customer, agency, camera, or location.
