Flock permitting is working to address the comments from CalTrans, includingtheNEPArequirement.

Flock’s permitting team met with the consulting firm EBl to review the NEPA (National EnvironmentalProtectionAct)andCEQA(CaliforniaEnvironmental Quality Act) requirements for the Policy exception from CalTrans D4. CalTranshas informed us that theCEQAreport has tobe done in the City’s name. We will need confirmation from your City’s public works that they would like EBl to do the CEQA report or if the City would like to do the report as it will be in their name.
