I hope you are having a fantastic Friday. CalTrans has notified us that the local agency in this case the City has to actually file the CEQA Exemption with the California Clearinghouse. EBI has completed the CEQA Notice of Exemption (NOE). Please sign or have Public Works sign it and send us a copy. There is a date highlighted in yellow that needs to be updated when it is submitted. Letusknow the date in which they submit to the clearing house. Then we can resubmit to CalTrans with the signed NOE. Please let us know if you have any questions.
