1/21 - Flock revised the EPE memo as requested and received finalized stamped plans
The revised EPE memo and stamped finalized plans were resubmitted to Soratha Sing
(CalTrans) today, 1/21.

Flock permitting is working to address the comments from CalTrans, including the NEPA requirement. Flock’s permitting team met with the consulting firm EBl to review the NEPA(National Environmental Protection Act)and CEQA(California Environmental Quality Act) requirements for the Policy exception from CalTrans D4. CalTrans has informed us that the CEQA report has to be done in the City’s name. We will need confirmation from your City’s public works that they would like EBl to do the CEQA report or if the City would like to do the report as it will be in their name.
