For the part about sharing in terms of that when an automated sharing request comes in
those of you in the admin, the group will get an email. Most of the time PD’s will leave a
contact of who is requesting access, then all you would need to do is reach out to that
person, send him the paperwork, and once you get it back just approve the request.
For folks outside of a 50-mile radius, what I will do is actually give them your contact
information and have them reach out directly to you. Then you would just go on the org
management screen, under cameras, and then share with that PD directly.
