datafromtheBeniciaPoliceDepartment'sAutomated LicensePlateReaders(ALPR)Program.
DatasharedbytheBeniciaPoliceDepartmentwillbeusedforlawenforcementpurposes
ONLY,andnotforotherpurposes,suchas,reproductivehealthcareinvestigations,immigration,
personaluse,harassment,oranyotherusesthatdonotcomplywiththeBeniciaPolice
Department's usage and privacypolicy.TheAgencyfurther acknowledges that it has reviewed
theBeniciaPoliceDepartment'sALPRusage and privacypolicyandagrees that theAgency can
andwillcomplywithitsterms.
TheAgency agrees that it has a usage and privacypolicyofitsown thatmeets applicablelawfor
ALPR end-users,which includes aprocessfor periodicsystem audits designed to monitor the
security of the ALPR data accessed or used, and the Agency's compliance with applicable law
and policy.
Bysigning thisAcknowledgment,theAgency agrees to abide by theBeniciaPolice
Department's usage andprivacypolicywhen accessing theBeniciaPoliceDepartment's ALPR
program and data.Should theAgencyfail tofollow the requirements detailed inthisletter,or
anyapplicablelaworpolicy,theBeniciaPoliceDepartmentmayrevoketheAgency'saccessto
theBeniciaPoliceDepartmentALPRprogramanddata.
