data from theBenicia PoliceDepartment's Automated LicensePlateReaders(ALPR)Program.
Data sharedby theBeniciaPoliceDepartmentwill beusedfor lawenforcementpurposes
ONLY,and notfor otherpurposes,such as,reproductivehealth careinvestigations,immigration,
personal use,harassment,or any otheruses that donotcomplywith theBeniciaPolice
Department's usage and privacy policy.The Agency further acknowledges that it has reviewed
the Benicia Police Department’s ALPRusage and privacy policy and agrees that the Agency can
andwillcomplywithitsterms.
ALPR end-users,which includes a process forperiodic system audits designed tomonitor the
security of the ALPR data accessed or used, and the Agency's compliance with applicable law
and policy.
By signing this Acknowledgment,the Agency agrees to abide by theBeniciaPolice
Department's usage and privacypolicywhen accessing theBeniciaPoliceDepartment'sALPR
program and data.Should the Agency fail to follow the requirements detailed in this letter,or
theBeniciaPoliceDepartmentALPRprogram and data.
