datafrom theBeniciaPoliceDepartment'sAutomated LicensePlateReaders(ALPR)Program.
DatasharedbytheBeniciaPoliceDepartmentwillbeusedforlawenforcementpurposes
ONL,andnotforotherpurposes,suchas,reproductivehealthcareinvestigations,mmigration,
personaluse,harassment,oranyotherusesthatdonotcomplywiththeBeniciaPolice
Department's usage andprivacypolicy.TheAgencyfurther acknowledges that it hasreviewed
the Benicia Police Department's ALPR usage and privacy policy and agrees that the Agency can
andwillcomplywithitsterms.
TheAgency agrees that it has ausage andprivacypolicy of itsown thatmeets applicable lawfor
ALPRend-users,whichincludes aprocessforperiodicsystem auditsdesigned tomonitor the
securityoftheALPRdataaccessedorused,and theAgency'scompliancewithapplicablelaw
and policy.
BysigningthisAcknowledgment,theAgencyagreestoabidebytheBeniciaPolice
Department'susage andprivacypolicywhenaccessing theBeniciaPoliceDepartment'sALPR
program and data.Should theAgencyfail to follow the requirements detailed in this letter,or
any applicable laworpolicy,theBeniciaPoliceDepartmentmayrevoke theAgencys access to
theBeniciaPoliceDepartmentALPRprogram anddata.
