  1. Click on Alerts in the top navigation bar
    2. 

  2. Click on Custom Hot List in the sub-navigation bar
    3. 

  3. Scroll down to the Shared Lists section at the bottom of the page
    4. 

  4. Click on the triple dots next to the list you want to enable and select Edit
    5. 

  5. Change the audience from ‘None’ to ‘Entire Organization’
    6. 

  6. Click Save Change
    7.
