Zones by Source Is Almost Here; Flock Safety
Hi Team,
Your Alerts experience is getting a major upgrade that gives you more control and helps you act
faster. Watch this short video for a quick walkthrough of what’s changing.
What’s coming soon:
Zones by Source
You’ll be able to choose different alert zones for each source such as NCIC, Custom Hotlists,
Audio Detection, Flock911, and People Detection. This lets you focus alerts where they matter
most while still keeping visibility across broader areas when needed.
Expanded Audio Alerts (Opt-In)
If you use Audio Detection, you can opt in to receive additional gunshot or fireworks alerts when
the sensor identifies the sound but cannot pinpoint an exact device location. This helps ensure
you do not miss important activity.
Simplified Settings
The updated settings panel makes it easier to:

Set your global alert locations
•
Apply zone overrides by source
•
Turn alert types and reasons on or off
