Hi Teams!
As a reminder, New Search should now be your primary search tool. A few agencies are still
utilizing Legacy Search, which will be sunsetting soon.
If you are unsure which of your users have not yet transitioned, please reach out to me. We can
hop on a quick call, and I can help you identify them so your team is fully prepared before the
legacy version is retired.
To assist with the transition or address any feedback regarding the new interface, I have
provided several resources below. We find that the short (4 min) video is particularly effective
for getting users comfortable with the changes.
Lastly, if you are getting negative feedback or perhaps they have not yet used the New Search
and may be afraid of “change”, I wanted to share some resources for you and your team to
use. I highly encourage you to share these with your team.
